References:
Please Read First — PREVIOUS EMPLOYER REFERENCES ARE RIGOROUS. We conduct very thorough reference checks.
This is our primary mode of evaluation. We will directly ask past employers:
• “Did your children genuinely like her?”
• “Did she truly love the kids, or was it just a job?”
If strong reference checks make you uncomfortable, this role is not a fit.

About the Role:
We are a warm, loving household with 4 children, ages 1, 2, 4, and 5, seeking a full-time, live-in nanny who truly loves children and takes real ownership. This role is about presence and connection. We are looking for someone who plays with the kids, talks with them, guides them, and treats them as her own. The right person brings energy, warmth, and consistency, and naturally becomes someone the children feel safe and happy with.
